We submitted a brief on behalf of our client who was named as a defendant in a commercial dispute, that included claims to pierce the corporate veil. We moved to dismiss the piercing the corporate veil claims on the grounds that plaintiff had provided insufficient facts to allow the claim to go forward, and the court agreed that plaintiff had failed to make a p arguing that piercing the corporate veil
